You need to select Service Request tab->Change of Email Id->Select Account Number from drop down box, for which you want to change your email id and then enter new email id. Upon submission you will get a response from us saying “Your SR has been created successfully”.

We will get back to you for the confirmation of the same and it will be reflected in the system upon confirmation.You will also receive an SMS/Email confirmation for the request of the same.

You need to select the checkbox with all accounts beside Account number in order to get all the accounts updated.
Yes, you can do for all the active accounts by selecting all accounts checkbox. After which our customer care team will contact you for confirmation of the same.
As of now OTP based verification is not enabled for any of the Service request.

No, all the statements/certificates are sent only registered address only. You can download the Statement from portal instantly.
Under customer service ->Service request->Closed Request, you can view all your closed SR raised with their details.
You can check the status of all your Service requests under customer service ->Service request.
Closed Request is visible only in case of any SR raised previously or historically.
You need to go to Customer Service tab then click on Service request and click on Raise New Request. Inside Raise request there is an option for change Address.You need to fill all the details and upload relevant documents and click on Raise a new Request.
No need to submit hard copy for address or courier it. You just need to upload the document and click on Raise a request.
Request for Loan statement can be filled in customer service ->Service request->Raise New Request->Loan Statement. Once you have filled the details click send.
You can put your request for Amortization schedule in customer service ->Service request->Raise New Request-> Amortization Schedule. Once you have filled the details click send.
You can put your request in customer service ->Service request->Raise New Request-> Others section. Once the request has been filled click on Send.
No. If the problem persists again after the case is closed, you can quote the case id to our customer care team for proper resolution.
Once our customer care team contacts you SR Id can be shared with them for faster resolution.
E-locker enables you to store your document electronically with Tata Capital’s E-locker service. You can store your documents in one central secured location and access them with just a few clicks.
You can store your personal as well as professional documents in E-locker, this will be accessible to you alone even Tata Capital employees will not have access to any of your uploaded files.
Deletion functionality will be shortly introduced.

Yes you can update or even change your KYC details. KYC details include- Mobile no, Date of Birth, Address and PAN number.Follow below path to update same-
Customer service-> raise new request-> select your request type (Mobile, DOB, etc.)-> upload valid proof-> submit your request
Please note: If you have multiple accounts your KYC details will be updated against the a/c no which is selected in drop down. To update your KYC details in your other account please raise a new request and select account no from drop down
  1. PAN update usually takes 3 business days. If you have raised the request within 3 days, kindly check back later.
  2. PAN details are updated for account number that it was raised against. To update PAN number in your other loan account follow below path-
    Customer service-> raise new request-> select a/c no from the drop down-> submit your PAN details

  2. Date of Birth details are updated for account number that it was raised against. To update DOB in your other loan account follow below path-

Foreclosure of loan account is allowed after certain tenure and varies from product to product. You can now raise a request for Foreclosure of Personal, Business and Used Car Loan, follow below path to raise request for foreclosure. Once the request is raised same will be addressed within 3 business days. For foreclosure of other loans kindly contact our customer care

You need to go to the Disbursement Drawdown tab to raise a DDR request

The amount will get credited after 48 working hours of successful DDR request creation
